How to increase Breastmilk supply

First- Know the signs of low supply:

Baby may not be gaining weight

Baby not having enough wet or dirty diapers

Baby is fussy between feedings

What may cause you to not make enough milk

Mother may not be emptying breasts properly during each feeding

Baby is not emptying breasts properly

Mother is not consistent with feeding every 2-3 hours

Baby may have a Tongue tie or lip tie that may restrict the baby's ability to move its mouth properly due to the issue being attached either to the floor of the mouth or top lip.
